1.5oz Everleaf Marine or Everleaf Mountain

Top with pink grapefruit soda

Garnishes

Grapefruit, Lime, Salt, Any other citrus (bergamot ideal, or knobbly lime)

Method

Combine in mixing glass, stir, pour over a wine glass or highball. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
