Our roots

Paul, Everleaf’s founder, is a conservation biologist and a bar owner. Back in 2019, while serving some of the world’s best spirits, he knew exactly what made them great. But when someone asked for a great non-alcoholic option, finding the right answer wasn't so simple. That got him thinking—could he create a non-alcoholic drink with the same depth and complexity of the finest drinks? He turned to nature to find out.

Crafting Everleaf took over a year of experimentation. Paul dove deep into researching plants, sustainable sourcing, and testing methods like dehydrating, macerating, and extracting to create the perfect balance of complementary yet surprising flavours and perfect texture.
